- Royal Challengers Bangalore registered their sixth straight defeat of IPL 2019 after being handed a four wicket loss by the Delhi Capitals at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
- Drop catches and misfields did not help RCB as they lived to rue the missed chances.
- The tweets after the match all focussed on Virat Kohli and his RCB team.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fans were left disheartened yet again after the team slumped to its sixth straight defeat in the Indian Premier League on Sunday. Delhi Capitals (DC) defeated RCB by four wickets as they chased down the target of 150 runs, and bagged their third win in the tournament.
Virat Kohli was dejected after the loss as it drastically reduces the team’s chance of reaching the final four stage.
Drop catches and misfields did not help RCB as they lived to rue the missed chances. They did manage to get some wickets at the fag end of the innings but that was not enough to restrict Delhi from notching up their third win of the season.

As RCB fans expressed dismay over the defeat, many were quick to use the team’s losing streak to troll Kohli. While many criticized Kohli’s reactions on the field, others mocked the team’s strategy.

RCB must seriously consider playing a practice game between two teams amongst themselves. This way RCB can win and the fans can see them win as well. Am not kidding, they need to definitely do something like this to thrill the sellout crowd who turn up every game. #RCBvDC

Imagine a scenario where Sachin Tendulkar & Brian Lara were in the same team during the 1990s & yet it would be the worst team of its time… RCB fits the bill completely! A team consisting of Kohli & ABD been perennially abysmal. #RCBvDC #IPL2019

I honestly thought this would be a tougher run chase. Very impressed with this innings from Shreyas Iyer. Lot of class on view.
