Earlier, Taapsee had shared a teaser look of the upcoming Bollywood biopic where she can be seen sitting behind a cricketing pad, her hat on and the head bowed down.
The teaser pic was accompanied by the quote that read, “The best way to be successful is to be fearless.”
Further details about the movie are yet to come out. However, the pre-production visuals of Taapsee dressed in blue colours are sure to raise the expectations of the fans. The film, backed by Viacom18 Studios and helmed by Raees-director Rahul Dholakia, is slated for a February 5, 2021 release.
Elsewhere, Taapsee has had a decent run at the box-office of late, with several successful movies like Badla, Mission Mangal and Saand Ki Aankh to show for. She also featured in another sports-biopic ‘Soorma’ (2018) based on the life of hockey player Sandeep Singh.
