Sandeep Narwal is a well-known Kabaddi player who has become a household name thanks to his Pro Kabaddi heroics. With a beast-like physique that he has, he made a move of ‘block’ of his own and in no time the move became his signature move. The man has an intimidating physique with the help of which he bagged 119 total points in the first-ever PKL season and since then there has been no looking back. Sandeep was born in a kabaddi lover family on 5 April 1993. His father was a former Indian kabaddi player who had played for Team India at the Asian Games. His coach was also a former Indian kabaddi player and quite clearly the wisdom and experience of his father and coach helped this young man in a big way.
Somehow, his exploits with team India have always been overshadowed by some brilliant and consistent PKL outings. He has been a great servant of the Indian kabaddi team as well. He currently works as an Income tax inspector in Delhi.
Sandeep Narwal’s Workout Plan
First and foremost, to play kabaddi at a professional level you need a very strong body and overall appearance should freak the opponent out. To get such a physique, Sandeep has been working immensely hard, in the gym and at home as well.
Sandeep focuses on lower body strength and works to enhance explosive power along with improving agility and flexibility. For that Sandeep does various bodyweight lower-body exercises like bodyweight squats, lunges, frog jumps, and high-knee jumps. Sandeep also goes to the gym for weight training for muscle growth.
His general workout routine involves jogging, stretching, swimming, core strength training at the gym, and sprints.
If you look at Sandeep, he has wide shoulders and a barrel chest which obviously points to his upper body workouts. Well, there isn’t much information available about his upper body workouts, but anyone can tell he must be a beast in the gym for sure.

Sandeep Narwal Diet
In many interactions with journalists and media, Sandeep has always endorsed homemade food. According to him, protein and supplements are important. But if you cannot afford that, homemade food is more than enough to provide all the nutrients to fulfill your daily energy needs.
Speaking about expensive nutrition supplements Sandeep says
“Most kabaddi players come from middle-class families and don’t have access to supplements and protein powders. I would like to tell all the youngsters who follow me to focus on improving their game from an early stage with the diet they can get at home. If you prove yourself, then you will be picked up for professional training and there everything will be taken care of.”
There isn’t much information available about his specific diet plan. But he has mentioned that he loves to have a balance of carbs and protein. Well, he does go for a cheat meal here and there.
