In a bid to raise awareness, Reliance Foundation and SSF have devised a series of workshops aimed at equipping athletes and coaches with vital information and resources regarding menstruation and its influence on sports.

Moreover, they are dedicated to establishing a comprehensive knowledge base that encompasses subjects like female athlete nutrition, body image concerns, psychological well-being, and overall health. To ensure broad access and dissemination, these valuable resources will be made available through digital platforms, fostering widespread awareness and education among athletes and the sporting community at large.

I am glad Reliance Foundation and Simply Sport Foundation are engaging in conversation around female athletes and menstruation.”
