Ashwin leads the bowling rankings with 860 points, closely followed by Australia’s Pat Cummins, who climbed to second place with 826 points. Despite their recent loss in the World Test Championship final to Australia, Team India remains firmly positioned at the top of the Test rankings.

In the latest rankings, Ravindra Jadeja remains at the top among all-rounders with 434 points, while Ravichandran Ashwin retains the second position. However, Akshar Patel has slipped to fifth place.

Another star Indian cricketer, Rishabh Pant, despite being out of action due to a car accident in December, is the highest-ranked Indian batter at number 10. Captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli hold the 12th and 14th spots respectively. Shubman Gill secures the fifth spot in the ODI rankings, with Kohli at eighth and Rohit at tenth among Indian batters in the top 10. Indian bowler, Mohammed Siraj is the sole Indian in the top 10 bowling chart, standing at second place.

Joe Root, the former captain of the England Test team, has dropped to fifth position in the rankings, making way for Kane Williamson to reclaim the top spot.

This marks Williamson’s sixth time at the top and Australian batsman Steve Smith has surged four places to secure the second position in the rankings.
