Early Life

Prasidh was initially uninterested in cricket, preferring to partake in other sports such as volleyball and running. He had, however, joined Bengaluru’s Basavanagudi Cricket Academy at the age of 12 and began refining his talents at a young age. P Krishna also used to play cricket for his school team.
He had to make a difficult decision by the time he was 14 years old. Deciding between volleyball and cricket. It seems to be possible that genetics had a part in this tall youngster from Bangalore’s Carmel School excelling in these two sports.
Murali, the father, was a college fast bowler, and Kalavathi, the mother, was a state-level volleyball player.
Krishna followed in his father’s footsteps after receiving advice from former Karnataka first-class cricketer Srinivas Murthy, who was Krishna’s coach at Carmel School.
While studying at Carmel School in 2010, he established a name for himself in the state of Karnataka’s under 14’s. In 2013, he was named for the Karnataka under-19 squad.

Prasidh Krishna KKR

P Krishna, who began his career as a net bowler for RCB, made quick progress in 2018 after being chosen as a substitute player for Kamlesh Nagarkoti. Prasidh participated in seven IPL games, and he did reasonably well to justify his selection, capturing ten wickets. A four-for against Sunrisers Hyderabad was also worth the money. The onus was on the Karnataka pacer to deliver the goods with Shivam Mavi and Kamlesh Nagarkoti unavailable for the 2019 IPL and boy he did.
Before making his IPL debut, Prasidh was a net bowler for four IPL teams, including Royal Challengers Bangalore, Punjab Kings (previously Kings 11 Punjab), and Kolkata Knight Riders.
Krishna made his IPL debut for KKR against arch-rival Mumbai Indians on May 6th, 2018. Only the Mumbai Indians’ Skipper Rohit Sharma provided him with his first IPL wicket in his second encounter against them.
