MS Dhoni vs Virat Kohli In IPL Ad: CSK-RCB Challenge Each Other For Season Opener

With IPL 2019 just being around the corner, the teams are geared up for the challenge and will attempt to put their best foot forward.

The opening game of the IPL 12 will be held between the winners of IPL 11 Chennai Super Kings and Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore in Chennai. In their latest advertisement, the two captains are seen challenging each other ahead of the opening game of the Indian Premier League 12.

After the video of the ad was posted online, the official account of Chennai Super Kings had a hilarious reaction to the same.

Dhoni Dhoni or Kohli Kohli?

The recent ad launched starts with the fans of two teams rendering their support for their favourites and is divided in two colours red and yellow.

While one-half cheers for MS Dhoni’s CSK, the other half shouts for RCB. The two captains share the same roof before challenging each other and by the end of the ad, they end up saying, forget the name, ‘Game Banayega Name’.  This is the second advertisement with the theme ‘Game Banayega Name’.

 

In another previous video, players like Ravichandran Ashwin, Rishabh Pant, Rohit Sharma and Kohli, among others are practising in their respective team’s jerseys.

Both teams will clash against each other on March 23, 2019. The tickets for the match will go live on March 16, 2019.

A few players of the Chennai Super Kings team have reached Chennai and have started sweating it out for the upcoming season. The BCCI has decided to not have an opening ceremony for IPL 2019 and has decided to donate the money to the martyrs of Pulwama attack.
