India has produced several match-winners, but there have only been a few players of Virat Kohli’s caliber. With his magnificent stroke play, the 35-year-old has destroyed batters and established his dominance on the cricket pitch. During the season, the Indian batter had a particular fondness for the Gujarat Lions and scored two tons against them. Kohli scored 100 runs off 63 balls in the first IPL 2016 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat. His courageous attempt, however, was in vain, as Suresh Raina and company won the game by six wickets. The batting master then piled up 109 runs off 55 balls in the second encounter against Gujarat, which proved to be a match-winning one as RCB beat GL by 144 runs.
