Live IPL Auction 2020: Rajasthan Royals Team 2020 | RR 2020 | Detailed Squad | Price | Players

Rajasthan Royals Squad Update

Having been silent for the better part of the season, Rajasthan Royals found form end of the season with Steve Smith given the captaincy at the right time. However, the team missed the playoff spot by just one point. A major reason for this downturn was the loss of key players like English trio of Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer, and Jason Butler.

The Royals will be looking to make better of their chances in 2020, and have already started a complete upheaval of the squad. The team management first brought in former Australia all-rounder Andrew McDonald as the new coach. The franchise then released eleven players in the transfer window. Going by their track record, expect no less than firecrackers from the RR stable since the owners have ₹ 29 crores to splash. Stay tuned for the latest squad updates…

Manan Dharamshi
I usually describe myself with three 'F's, i.e, Food, Football and Films. Born and Brought up in Bangalore since the mid-1990s, I have always had a huge interest in playing football, cricket and watching other sports. People who know me always tell I bleed football. Sports, and Football, in particular, has helped me through hard times and helped me to shape my view on the world. And that is one of the reasons why I want to serve as a Sports Journalist.
