The International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) World Cup 2019 starts from Thursday (21 February 2019) at the Dr Karni Singh Range in New Delhi. India is fielding a 23 member squad with a total of 11 shooters in a non-competition Minimum Qualification Category (MQC) category.
India’s Apurvi Chandela and Anjum Moudgil have already secured an Olympic quota in Women’s 10m air rifle event and the Indian contingent will now compete for a maximum of 14 quota places in the event.

However, as per the stated policy, the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI) will take the final call on selection, based on the aggregate scores of shooters (in international tournaments and selection trials) leading up to the Olympic Games.
A total of 503 shooters from 58 countries are in the fray for top honours with eight of the ten events offering Olympic quota places.
