The Match 54 of the VIVO Indian Premier League 2019 will see Royal Challengers Bangalore welcome Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Although they are out of the contention for the playoffs, as Virat Kohli said as Virat Kohli rightfully pointed out recently, RCB will be playing for the fun of playing.
However, the same doesn’t apply for Sunrisers Hyderabad, for whom, this will be a must win game. Nonetheless, it would not be as easy, considering their main man – David Warner – isn’t around.

RCB vs SRH Dream11 Prediction
It will be the most important evening for Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday when they clash against the last-placed Royal Challengers Bangalore. The team fought valiantly against Mumbai Indians and took a virtually lost game into Super Overs. However, an unfortunate runout of hero Manish Pandey on the first delivery probably denied them a victory. Nonetheless, they will be looking to make a comeback in what could be a virtual quarter-final for them.
While Manish Pandey has single-handedly carried the heavy load of scoring runs in David Warner’s absence, the likes of Kane Williamson and Martin Guptill will have to perform well if SRH are to garner anything from the fixture against RCB. While Khaleel Ahmed and Bhuvneshwar Kumar have shone this season, Sunrisers will also have a headache with whom to choose among Siddharth Kaul, Basil Thampi, and Sandeep Sharma.
Even though RCB have the home advantage, we fancy Sunrisers Hyderabad to win this contest. However, SRH would be hoping that the rain Gods show mercy on them for one last evening.
Although the Chinnaswamy stadium is not necessarily the highest scoring pitches around, it has proved to be one in the last few games. Choosing 4 batsman would, thus, be enough. Spinners will have a bright evening considering the pitch’s dry and slow surface. Yuzvendra Chahal and Shreyas Gopal would be our choices here.
However, the game can change if there is rain. If the overs are reduced, the bowlers stand a better chance of getting a wicket with batsman in hurry of scoring big hits. Thus, in such situations, try to choose 4-5 bowlers with modest economy rates. Amongst the batsman, hard-hitting openers would do the trick.
