DC vs CSK Dream11 Prediction

Chennai Super Kings started their Indian Premier League title defence in style with the demolition of Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore. It was surprising of sorts, since Chepauk was a batting pitch. Nonetheless, it was a fitting display of the all-round capabilities of CSK. Known for their batting prowess, Chennai demonstrated how decisive their bowling can be as well. The spinners were the heroes of the night with the veteran cricketer Harbhajan Singh being the unlikely star of the night.

He, along with South Africa’s Imran Tahir, ran through the thin RCB batting line-up like a hot knife through butter. Jadeja also scalped a couple of wickets to round off an impressive batting display. Their batsman had little to do in the contest.

However, on the other hand, it were the batsman who starred for Delhi Capitals in their opening match against Mumbai Indians. Having lost Prithvi Shaw early in the innings, the newly christened side batted well to take the score past 130 in the 15 overs. Rishabh Pant then took  the innings from there with some outstanding hard hitting display. The youngster scored an incredible 78 runs from just 27 balls. The national selectors will be conscious of the wicket-keeper’s performance with the World Cup coming up.

Predicting a definite winner will be a tough task considering both the team’s incredible victories in the previous matches. Considering recent records and on paper squad, Chennai Super Kings are better placed to edge past Delhi in this contest.
