The Indian team got off to a flying start against Citizen AA, with a first-minute goal by Sai. Priyanka doubled the lead in the 16th minute before Citizens pulled one back in the 23rd minute. The game would have been level going into the half time if it wasn’t for center-back Nirmala’s goal-line clearance in the 36th minute.

Priyanka’s second goal of the game and third on the Hong Kong tour helped India take the 2-goal lead once again. Kiran and Amisha scored a goal each in the last 10 minutes to put the game beyond Citizen’s reach. With the 5-1 victory, the Indian U-17 team has now scored 14 goals in three games while conceding just 2.

I might be a Mechanical Engineer on the paper, but I was a Sports enthusiast since childhood, screaming at the TV watching cricket at the age of 4. Not much excites me other than sports unless it's free pizza. I can watch literally anything remotely related to sports; Cricket, Football, Tennis, F1, Hockey, Athletics, Chess, you name it! And I love to write too, so at the time I'm not watching sports, I'm writing about it. Or eating pizzas, of course.
