The skipper was training ahead of the 2nd T20I match between India and Sri Lanka, which India won by 7 wickets.
Virat Kohli led the Indian T20 side to restrict the Sri Lankans to 142-9. Navdeep Saini stood out in the bowling department as he conceded only 18 runs and claimed 2 wickets in his 4 overs.
Shardul Thakur was the other bowler who stood out as he conceded 23 runs for 3 wickets in 4 overs.
In the batting department, KL Rahul opened the innings with Shikhar Dhawan who contributed 45 and 32 runs respectively.
Shreyas Iyer and Virat Kohli further added 64 runs to the teams total and Rishab Pant later came on to score a run as India won b 7 wickets.
The final T20 game between India and Sri Lanka will be played on Friday in Pune.
