Asia Cup 2023: Full Match Schedule and Timings Revealed

The Asia Cup 2023 schedule was eventually released last month by Jay Shah after considerable anticipation and on Tuesday, the match timings were released. The competition is being conducted in a hybrid model this season after Shah said last year that India would skip traveling to Pakistan for the competition.

The competition will begin on August 30 at Multan, Pakistan, with a contest between Pakistan and Nepal. The much-anticipated India-Pakistan battle will take place on September 2 in Kandy, Sri Lanka. On September 4, India will meet Nepal in the other group stage match at the same location.

Pakistan is going to host three group stage games as well as one Super Four stage event. The rest of the competition will be held in Sri Lanka. The final will be held on September 17 in Colombo.

The Super Four stage will be played in 2023, with the two best squads from every group qualifying. All teams will face each other once in the Super Four round. The final cricket match will include the top two teams from the Super Four stage.

If the outcomes go as expected, India might meet Pakistan three times in the Asia Cup. In order for it to occur, India and Pakistan must first qualify for the Super 4 stage. Then, if they win that stage, they are going to confront each other again in the finals. The continental tournament will be attended by India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Nepal.
