ARS vs MUN Dream11 Prediction | Arsenal vs Manchester United
The Premier League has a tasty treat for us on the very first day of the New Year as Arsenal host Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners ended 2019 with a defeat and surely they would not want to begin the new year on a losing note.
United, on the other hand, are beginning to gain some momentum in their search for a top 4 finish and this match could be a crucial one. The two sides last met on 1st October at Old Trafford where they shared points after a 1-1 draw.
The Gunners ended the decade with a 2-1 defeat to Chelsea. It’s safe to say that the Arteta Era hasn’t begun well for Arsenal and it will probably take some time before the team matches the new manager’s philosophies.
After scoring the opening goal, the Gunners conceded 2 goals in the final 10 minutes which saw them end the year on a low. This game could be favourable for Arsenal to begin the year with a win, but they will have to deal with the blistering pace of the United front 3.
The Red Devils suffered only 1 defeat in December. After their loss to Watford, they went and secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Newcastle and a 2-0 win over Burnley to end the decade with a win. The team has its low moments at times, but the most positive thing about this United squad is the front 3, which is becoming a force to be reckoned with. The front three usually comes in a combination of Martial, Rashford and Daniel James or Mason Greenwood.
It will be interesting to see who Ole plays behind the trio as United’s main concern this season is the lack of creative players who can simply unlock the opposition defence. Paul Pogba has returned from a long injury and featured in 2 games as a substitute and we are sure Ole has him in plans against Arsenal.
Another player who has stood out off late is Fred, who needs to be more consistent and confident. Should the starting 11 tick well as a team, Arsenal could be in some trouble as United will look to climb into the top 4 after a long time.

Dream11 Tips and Tricks for Today’s Premier League Match: Arsenal vs Manchester United
Goalkeeper: David De Gea
David De Gea finally kept a clean sheet in United’s win over Burnley. It will be a much-needed stat for the Spanish stopper as he will be looking to better that when he faces Arsenal on New Year’s Day.
Defenders: Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, David Luiz
David Luiz has played 15 games for Arsenal this season. He has been involved in 2 clean sheets, 16 tackles, 19 interceptions and 69 clearances. He has also scored 2 goals and averages 51 passes per game.
Harry Maguire played a full 90 minutes against Burnley and responded well to the pressure from Burnley attackers. His commanding presence in the back 4 is something that United lacked for a long time, and they have finally found a leader. Aaron Wan-Bissaka has tremendous potential in him. He has time and again proved why United paid the big bucks to sign him and install him as the permanent right-back. He will be a likely starter against the Gunners and could also cause trouble to those attackers coming directly at him. It will be a special game for Aaron as his family are Arsenal supporters.
Midfielders: Paul Pogba, Fred, Mesut Ozil, Bakayo Saka
Ozil, as we know, has not been in the best of forms. He has been pretty inconsistent. However, his new manager Arteta has provided him with a clean chit which is why he will be eager to prove a point on the pitch against United. Bakayo Saka has been played in the left-back position for some games now. However, he can still feature in the midfield for Arsenal.
There was some speculation whether Paul Pogba will feature for United against Arsenal. The French midfielder is eager to get back into action, and this will be the match he starts in and makes a goal contribution. Fred has really stepped up after receiving a lot of flack in recent times. The Brazilian is playing with a lot of confidence and is likely to start against Arsenal.
Forward: Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
? Ole on @MarcusRashford: "He’s got everything physically. He’s got great mentality, the right attitude and he’s one of our own.

Rashford has proven his critics wrong by putting in some real hard work over the last few months. Going into the game against Arsenal, Rashford has a total goal contribution of 6 goals and two assists in the eight matches he played in December.

Following Rashford’s footsteps is Mason Greenwood who has impressed tremendously this season. He has hardly put a foot wrong and has scored almost every game he has played in. He along with Rashford make a strong front three that will cause the Arsenal defender some real trouble.
Aubameyang was on the scoresheet against Chelsea. However, the striker was let down late in the game as two goals scored by Chelsea cancelled his only effort. Pierre has scored 13 goals and registered 1 assist this season and scored the equaliser the last time these two sides met.
